• Profile: dev — immune/PHI gates relaxed for lab only
• Liveness: GET /health/live
• Interactive docs enabled because deployment profile is dev

Honest limits

• 0.x is experimental — not sole clinical PHI control
• Real-PHI admission DENIED until seven sign-offs complete
• Trained ASR is not generalisation (HO7 / RT-external remain untrained)
• This docs host does not replace counsel, DPAs, or pentest reports
